Watermelon carving I did about 3 months ago in Garde Manger class. Took about 6 hours with a set of X-Acto knives and a paring knife.

Used a template.

That is insane, I won't even try to guess how long it took you to do that.

Okay maybe a blind guess, 8 hours.

Nonetheless, if I remember right, that particular carving was done months ago, that poor watermelon has either been eaten or rotted down by now.
